Suggested Selling Price or 'SSP' refers to the manufacturer's suggested retail value of any one product. Jewellery & gift items are often sold on the high street well in excess of 300% of the cost price!

Additionally, each item carries with it a one year's manufacturer's repair or exchange guarantee (excluding general wear and tear).
Furthermore, all items made up of precious metals will be hallmarked as required by UK law.
5. How do I order? |
As you browse our site you can add items you wish to purchase by clicking 'Add to Shopping Cart', found on every product page within the catalogue. You can also save a product to your favourites list, and return at a later time to make your purchase.
Once you are finished adding to your shopping cart, you may
View your Cart, add options such as gift wrapping, engraving
or a box upgrade or adjust the quantities of each item, then
proceed to the Checkout to complete your order.
Every new customer is requested to create an account. Returning
customers can simply Login.
Thereafter you will be redirected to our centralised payment gateway page at GreatValueJewellery.com, where payment can be made.
6. How do I use my Promotional Code or E-Voucher? |
| If you have a discount code or e-voucher you will be asked to apply it during the checkout process. Once entered and by clicking the 'Apply' button your screen will refresh and the discounted amount will be clearly displayed.
7. How do I pay? |
You will be asked to pay online via our centralised payment gateway page where most major credit cards are accepted, including Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Solo or Visa Debit.
We are also happy to take payment via Maestro cards; to pay by Maestro, please phone 08444 141 800 to place your order.
Additionally we also accept payments by Bank Transfer. To request to pay via these methods please contact us with your order requirements.

We are also happy to dispatch orders to the majority of international destinations for an additional fee (confirmed during the checkout process).
Shipping Within UK:
For orders up to £100 we dispatch via Royal Mail's 1st Class Standard or Recorded Delivery; otherwise via Special Delivery.
Shipping Outside UK:
For orders up to £750 we dispatch via Royal Mail's Airmail, Airsure or International Signed For services; otherwise we dispatch via FedEx.
10. Do you send out your jewellery in presentation boxes? |
Items ordered from our site are sent as standard and at no extra cost to our customers in either:
an elegant presentation box (for traditional jewellery & matching sets)
a smart Velveteen pouch (for our ladies & mens gift ranges)
simple clear packaging (for mobile phone charms)
11. Do you gift wrap? |

12. Do you accept orders from outside the United Kingdom? |

13. How do I know if you have received my order? |
Upon completing your order online, a confirmation
e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you have provided.
If for any reason this is not received then please email us
directly so that we can manually email your order confirmation
again.
You may also receive a telephone call from us should we require further validation or simply need to discuss your order requirements.
14. How long will my order take to be delivered? |
Every product page states a 'usually dispatches within' estimate (this is also confirmed during the checkout process).
Once Dispatched, your order delivery timescales will vary depending on the postal method used:
High value UK orders are usually delivered the next working day
All other UK orders are usually delivered within 2 working
days
Non-UK orders are usually delivered within 3-5 working days
